By texting Homer or using any Homer AI service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Homer is an AI-powered personal assistant delivered via iMessage. Homer can search the web, manage your calendar, read and draft emails, make phone calls, and perform other tasks on your behalf through connected integrations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid iMessage-capable phone number to use Homer.

4. User Accounts

Your phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your phone number. Do not share your Homer access with others.

Homer is an AI assistant and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Homer is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You are responsible for verifying any information Homer provides before acting on it.

8. Connected Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, etc.), you authorize Homer to access and act on data in those accounts on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

Homer AI, its branding, and its technology are the property of Homer AI. Content you create through Homer (documents, emails, etc.) remains yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

Homer AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by Homer on your behalf through connected integrations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Homer at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by texting Homer "delete my account."

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Homer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
